Couriers classify Indian pincodes into delivery zones to determine shipping rates. Metro covers major cities — Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Pune. Special Region covers remote areas including Andaman & Nicobar, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North-East states. All other pincodes fall under Rest of India. Within City and Regional zones are determined at the time of shipment based on your pickup location.
